Numerical simulation and model test optimization of internal flow characteristics in sewage pump station
Based on RNG k-ε turbulence model,the internal flow characteristics of sewage pump station are analyzed by using three-dimensional numerical simulation technology.Based on Froude similarity criterion,a 1:1 model test-bed of sewage pump station is built,and the internal flow state of the pump station is tested under the condition of positive high water inflow,which verifies the accuracy and reliability of numerical simulation.By comparing and analyzing the flow pattern,vortex and pre-rotation of the suction port of the trumpet under different structural forms in the sewage pump station,the influence of the anti-rotation plate and partition at the bottom of the pump station on the safety,stability and reliability of the sewage pump operation is evaluated,which provides a reference for the optimization of the bad flow pattern in the sewage pump station.The research shows that adding anti-rotation plate and partition plate at the bottom of the pump station plays a great role in improving the internal flow pattern of the pump station and the water inlet condition of the horn tube,reducing the risk of vortex and pre-rotation,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the sewage pump.The results of numerical simulation and model test pro-vide a direction for the improvement and optimization of sewage pump station,and this study pro-vides a certain reference for the scheme optimization in the design and reconstruction of similar sewage pump stations.
