给水厂平流沉淀池排泥车结构优化研究

通过对平流沉淀池虹吸式排泥车存在的排泥含固率低、排水量过多的缺点进行优化改造.新增含泥率检测装置,测量行程过程中污泥浓度,刮泥装置把污泥推积到一定厚度,通过污泥浓度检查装置发出排泥信号进行排泥;将传统的排水量较大的虹吸排泥,改造成"底泥刮板浓缩+多通道排泥",结合污泥浓度计与气动阀门进行联合控制自动排泥,实现全自动智能分段排泥.可节约大量水处理阶段的设备和场地成本,减少系统运行药耗和能耗,节能减排效益相当明显.
Research on optimization of the structure of the mud truck in the horizontal sedimentation tank of water treatment plant
This article aims to optimize and transform the siphon type sludge discharge truck in the horizontal sedimentation tank,which has the disadvantages of low solid content and excessive drainage.Add a mud content detection device to measure the sludge concentration during the travel process.The scraping device pushes the sludge to a certain thickness and sends out a sludge dis-charge signal through the sludge concentration inspection device for sludge discharge;Transfor-ming the traditional siphon sludge discharge with large drainage capacity into"bottom mud scraper concentration+multi-channel sludge discharge",combined with a sludge concentration meter and pneumatic valve for joint control of automatic sludge discharge,achieving fully automatic intelli-gent segmented sludge discharge.It can save a lot of equipment and site costs in the water treat-ment stage,reduce system operation drug consumption and energy consumption,and achieve sig-nificant energy-saving and emission reduction benefits.
