Research on the in-situ standardization technology path for biochemical treatment of urban sewage
With the development of stricter sewage discharge standards in various regions, the effluent quality is gradually in line with the environmental quality standard for surface water. At present, some sewage plants have technical difficulties and problems, such as the imbalance of influent carbon nitrogen ratio, the large difference between the actual and design water quality, unreasonable equipment selection, and imprecise operation management, which limit the further improvement of their operation efficiency. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out standard upgra-ding and reconstruction. However, problems such as no expansion land and no shutdown and re-construction have brought great challenges to the improvement of water quality and quantity. In addition, with the continuous emergence of new processes, new equipment and new technologies, how to choose an economic, reasonable, effective and applicable technological transformation path has become a new development proposition. The current situation of sewage treatment in China, high emission standards and technical difficulties were analyzed. The measures for improving water quality and expanding capacity of traditional activated sludge process and their applicable scope were summarized, including operation optimization strategy, chemical and carrier strengthening strategy, and process transformation strategy. The technical path for upgrading existing sewage plants from Class A discharge standard of the Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant to quasi-Ⅳ or Ⅲ water of the Environmental quality standards for surface water was proposed, providing technical reference for the renovation, expansion or con-struction of sewage plants.
