Research and establishment of operation and maintenance charging standards for source emission reduction facilities in sponge cities:Taking rain gardens as an example
In the process of sponge city construction,the operation and maintenance standard of sponge city source emission reduction facilities and the corresponding charging standard are the important components of the later maintenance facilities,and at present,there is no relatively clear charge management measures in China.In this paper,the most typical rain garden of sponge city source emission reduction facilities is taken as an example,and combined with the sponge city ma-intenance standards of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone,a method different from the current operation and maintenance charges is proposed,aiming at clarifying the content of the sponge city source emission reduction facilities and the basis of the charges,ensuring that the facilities play their role in a normal and continuous manner,and at the same time,ensuring that the investment is economically rational,and the implementation of the concept of sponge city con-struction is achieved.
