基于排水系统主动降水位的污涝同治方案设计

合流制排水系统具有投资少、工期短、见效快等优点,但也容易导致污水管网高水位运行,反噬下游地区排水系统安全,导致旱季污水溢流入河污染水环境,雨季内涝积水影响水安全.通过研究污水泵站进水管水位变化,查明了 D片区污涝矛盾突出的原因.采取熔断措施构建独立排水区域后,排水管网水位降低1.6 m以上,开闸次数由83次/年降低到17次/年,COD入河量减少248.4 t/年,氨氮19.7 t/年,保障河道水质达到Ⅴ类.
Design of pollution and waterlogging co-treatment scheme based on water level reduction in drainage system
The combined drainage system has the advantages of less investment,short con-struction period,quick results,but it can also easily lead to high water level operation of the sew-age system,which backfire the safety of the downstream drainage system,causing sewage over-flow into the river during the dry season to pollute the water environment,and waterlogging during the rainy season to affect water security.By studying the water level change of the sewage pumping station inlet pipe,the reason for the prominent pollution and waterlogging contradiction in Area D was identified.After taking fusion measures to build an independent drainage area,the water level of the drainage system was reduced by more than 1.6m,and the number of sluice openings was re-duced from 83 times/a to 17 times/a,and the amount of COD into the river was reduced by 248.4 t/a,and ammonia nitrogen was reduced by 19.7 t/a,which guaranteed that the water quality of the river reached Class Ⅴ.
