Analysis on the influence of WCW transient operation to condenser in the HPR1000
The circulating water system of HPR1000 provides the necessary cooling water for the safety operation of the condenser.Research the influence of changes in circulating water flow caused by faults such as secondary filter blockage,abnormal operation of the rubber ball cleaning device,and tripping of the circulating water pump on the operation condenser in HPR1000.At the same time,the influence of scaling thickness in the condenser cooling tube on the condenser was studied.The multi-node condenser dynamic simulation model established by distributed thermody-namic modeling idea is used to simulate the influence of the above changes on the operating con-denser,and the simulation results of the model are compared with the simulation results of the HPR1000 full-range simulator platform.The model simulation results are basically consistent with the simulation results of the full-range simulator platform,and the cooling water flow decrease caused by tripping of the circulating water pump or the cooling pipe blocking will lead to the total pressure of the condenser and the cooling water outlet temperature rise rapidly.The scaling of the cooling pipe will also lead to the decrease of the heat exchange capacity of the condenser,and then the total pressure of the condenser will increase.With the severity of the fault or the aggravation of scaling,the pressure of the condenser and the temperature of the cooling water outlet will change greater.When the circulating water pump trips,the load should be quickly reduced according to the requirements of the regulations.The safety and efficient operation of the rubber ball cleaning device should be guaranteed,and the aging rubber ball should be replaced in time.The frequency of dosing and the automatic back washing of the secondary filter should be increased according to the seasonal breeding characteristics of marine life.
