基于BioWin的AAO工艺能耗调控与药耗优化仿真研究

BioWin based simulation on energy reduction and chemicals saving of a large scale AAO wastewater treatment plant

基于BioWin6.0软件,以北方某AAO工艺大型污水处理厂为研究对象,构建模型并验证后,设计正交模拟优化方案,面向能耗调控优先,综合分析出水水质,得到四季推荐运行参数.并对四季药耗进行优化,探寻各季节PAC最佳投加量与进水TP的关系.对所得冬季推荐运行参数及药耗优化方案进行验证,结果显示优化后出水COD、NH4+-N和TP 3个指标均稳定优于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ类标准(TN除外),且优化后可节约电耗1 755 kW·h/d,与优化前相比降低11.3%;PAC投加量单耗由40 mg/L降至19 mg/L,降低52.03%,节能降耗效果显著.
Based on BioWin6.0,a model was built and validated for a large wastewater treatment plant with AAO process in northern China.The simulation research was carried out for energy reduction and drug consumption optimization,and the recommended operating parameters and drug consumption op-timization scheme in winter were verified.The results showed that COD,NH4+-N and TP were stably better than the Class Ⅳ standard of Surface water environmental quality standard(GB 3838-2002)(except TN)after optimization.Energy consumption can be saved by 1 755 kW·h/d after optimization,which was 11.3%lower than before;the unit consumption of PAC decreased from 40 mg/L to 19 mg/L,decreasing 52.03%,and the effect of energy reduction and drug consumption optimization was remarkable.
