双碳背景下城镇污水系统减碳技术研究与应用

污水收集处理系统产生大量温室气体,分析了污水系统中源头收集、污水处理、污泥处理处置等不同环节的碳排放情况.为促进污水系统减污降碳,基于污水和污泥资源化能源化的属性,从工程可应用可实施的角度,提出了源头提质降碳、污水热源回收和再生水资源回用、污泥高值化利用等减碳技术.工程实例通过上述单一技术或者组合技术的应用取得了碳减排规模效益.无论是新型城镇化还是城市更新进程中,应科学做好顶层设计,因地制宜选择减碳技术,降低直接和间接碳排放.
Research and application of carbon reduction technology in municipal wastewater system under double carbon background
Municipal wastewater system produces a large amount of greenhouse gases.Carbon emission of different links in the wastewater system such as source collection,wastewater treat-ment,sludge treatment and disposal was systematically analyzed.To promote the pollution reduc-tion and carbon reduction of wastewater system,carbon reduction technologies such as source qual-ity improvement and carbon reduction,renewable water resources and wastewater heat sources re-covery,and sludge high-value utilization are proposed,based on the properties of resource and en-ergy from the perspective of engineering application and implementation.Also,engineering pro-jects achieved scale benefits of carbon reduction through the application of above technologies.Fur-thermore,top-level design should be done scientifically and carbon reduction technology should be selected according to local conditions to reduce direct and indirect carbon emissions in the process of construction and renovation of wastewater facilities.
