The sewage treatment of administrative towns showed significant importance for black and smelly water treatment,and the construction of ecological environment.It was found that the design and discharge standards for sewage treatment plants in administrative towns were usually directly learned from the ones in towns,which brought great burdens on the construction and operation for them.Based on investigations,key design points were discussed,wishing to pro-vide references on land saving,investment saving,better operation and so on,for the following projects.
