Investigation and development countermeasure of"High-quality"drinking water in Hubei
The 14th Five-Year Plan proposes to"promote green development,promote harmo-nious coexistence between man and nature,improve people's quality of life,and raise the level of social construction".The investigation on the drinking water status of urban residents in Hubei province found that regional development had an impact on the choice of drinking water sources.Households with higher incomes tend to prefer packaged water and household water purifiers.The younger respondents were more inclined to drink packaged water,and the drinking method was more inclined to drink directly.A total of 1"comprehensive quality improvement"and 48"partial quality improvement"high-quality drinking water projects were investigated.After analyzing the design parameters and operation of high-quality drinking water projects in Hubei province,it is found that excessive capital pressure,lack of water quality standards,uneven technology and un-clear regulatory responsibilities are the main problems.Based on the research opinions of 24 water departments,67 industry experts and related direct drinking water enterprises,this paper puts for-ward ideas for the development of high-quality drinking water in Hubei Province.
