摘要
以青岛上合示范区上合广场项目利用地下空间底层车库在暴雨时收纳应急调蓄超标雨水为例,按照平急结合模式耦合设计研究,平时地下空间正常功能,暴雨来临及时撤离人员、车辆、物资等,引入超标雨水进行调蓄削峰,暴雨停止、涝水消退后排空、清洗、消毒后恢复平时地下空间停车功能.通过耦合方式选择、计算雨型选择与容积计算、调蓄工况设置,收水、排空、清洗、控制等辅助系统以及各专业设施的耦合设计等,可以实现在相对低投入的情况下,区域城市内涝防治标准20年一遇提升到100年一遇以上,同时有效提高地下空间防水灾韧性等级,社会效益和经济效益显著.
Abstract
Taking the Shanghe Plaza project in Qingdao Shanghe Demonstration Area as an ex-ample,the garage on the ground floor of the underground space is used to store overstandard stormwater in an emergency during a rainstorm.According to the coupling design and research of the combination of calmness and urgency,the normal function of the underground space in ordinary times,the evacuation of personnel,vehicles,materials,etc.when a rainstorm comes,and the in-troduction of overstandard stormwater to regulate,store,and cut the peak.After the rainstorm stops and the waterlogging subsides,the parking function of the underground space in ordinary times is restored after evacuation,cleaning,and disinfection.Through coupling methods such as selecting and calculating rain patterns,calculating volume,setting storage conditions,auxiliary systems such as water collection,emptying,cleaning,and control,as well as coupling design of various professional facilities,it is possible to increase the standard for urban waterlogging preven-tion and control in a region from once every 20 years to once every 100 years or more with relatively low investment.At the same time,it effectively improves the resilience level of underground space waterproofing,resulting in significant social and economic benefits.
