摘要

珠江三角洲某产业园综合污水处理厂设计规模为1万m3/d,污水处理厂进水为工业预处理废水和生活污水的混合污水,其水质成分复杂、水质水量波动大、含有难降解有机物、可生化性较差.针对水质特点和排放要求等,工程采用了水解酸化—改良型AAO—高效沉淀—臭氧接触氧化池—BAF—纤维转盘滤池组合工艺流程,出水稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准和广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准中的较严值.直接处理成本为1.25元/m3.

Abstract

The design scale of a comprehensive sewage treatment plant in an industrial park in the Pearl River Delta is 1.0X104 m3/d.The influent of the sewage treatment plant is the mixed sewage of industrial pretreatment wastewater and domestic sewage with representative characteris-tics including unstable water quality and quantity,containing complex organic ingredients with low refractory and biodegradability.To treat such influent and satisfy wastewater discharge require-ments,a combination process of hydrolysis-acidification,improved AAO,high-efficiency sedimen-tation,Ozone contact oxidation tank,BAF(Biological Aerated Filter),and Fiber rotary disc filter is adopted in the sewage treatment plant.Early operation results of this process indicate that the effluent stably meets the stricter requirements of both Class A of Discharge Standards pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plants(GB 18918-2002)and the first level standard of the second time period in Guangdong province's Discharge limits for water pollutants(DB 44/26-2001).Sewage treatment cost is roughly around 1.25 yuan/m3.
