污泥热值是污泥焚烧工艺的首要影响因素,但在某些特殊情况下,污水处理厂产生的污泥热值水平较低,对项目运行产生极大影响.以盐城市区污泥集中处置项目调试期间,鼓泡流化床焚烧炉焚烧低热值污泥为例,通过对存在的问题进行分析,采取加强流化风、增加冷渣机、增加焚烧炉上部燃烧器、优化前端污水厂相关工艺等改进措施,工程实现了低污泥热值、高处理负荷下的稳定运行,且烟气稳定达标排放.
Difficulties and countermeasures for incineration of low calorific value sludge
The sludge calorific value is the primary influencing factor for the sludge incineration process.However,under certain special circumstances,the sludge calorific value generated by the sewage treatment plant may reach a low level,which has a significant impact on the operation of the project.During the commissioning period of the centralized sludge disposal project in Yancheng City,the calorific value of sludge incinerated in a bubbling fluidized bed was at a low level.Through analyzing the existing problems,improvement measures such as strengthening fluidization air,adding slag coolers,adding burners on the upper part of the incinerator,and optimizing relevant processes of front-end wastewater treatment plant were taken.The project achieved stable opera-tion under low sludge calorific value and high treatment load,and the flue gas was steadily dis-charged up to standard.
