Research on potential development capacity zoning of pilot projects for reclaimed water utilization and configuration in typical regions
In 2022,78 cities were included in the pilot list of reclaimed water utilization alloca-tion,which were voluntarily applied for by pilot cities,approved by the people's governments of their provinces,and filed with six departments including the Ministry of Water Resources.By sor-ting out the relevant data on the amount and utilization rate of reclaimed water in the implementa-tion plan of reclaimed water utilization in pilot cities,the current utilization level of reclaimed water in pilot cities was studied at the city and county levels.At the same time,in order to better evalu-ate the potential development capacity of reclaimed water,a two-dimensional evaluation system was established by selecting two indicators:utilization amount and utilization rate of reclaimed wa-ter.Four zones were divided:potential development Ⅰ,potential development Ⅱ,management development Ⅰ,and management development Ⅱ,and a development model for the configuration of reclaimed water was proposed.
