浅议推动城镇水务行业新质生产力发展路径

摘要
习近平总书记提出的"新质生产力"理念,旨在摆脱传统经济增长方式、生产力发展路径,推动产业深度转型升级.发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点.对于城镇水务行业而言,发展不充分和发展不均衡等问题十分突出.从科技创新、发展方式创新、体制机制创新、人力资源机制创新等维度,探讨城镇水务行业新质生产力发展和产业升级,以期更好地支撑城镇化和经济社会发展的需求.
Abstract
The"New Quality Productivity"concept proposed by the General Secretary Xi,aims to get rid of the traditional economic growth mode and the development path of productivity,pro-mote the deep transformation and upgrading of industries.The development of new quality produc-tivity is the internal requirement and important focus of promoting high-quality development.For the urban water affairs industry,problems like insufficient and unbalanced development are strik-ingly prominent.This article endeavors to explore the development of new-quality productive forces and industrial upgrading in the urban water affairs industry from the dimensions of techno-logical innovation,innovation in development modalities,innovation in institutional and mechanis-tic aspects,and innovation in human resource mechanisms,with the expectancy of providing better support for the demands of urbanization and economic and social development.
