给水厂常规工艺嗅味应对措施试验研究

通过中试及生产性追踪监测,研究以预处理+絮凝沉淀池+砂滤池为主的常规处理工艺对以2-MIB为主的嗅味物质的有效应对措施.研究结果表明,在常规处理工艺基础上投加预臭氧对2-MIB的去除效率较单独投加粉末活性炭或与粉末活性炭联用均较高,投加预臭氧是有效的预处理措施.粉末活性炭或高锰酸钾对2-MIB有一定的去除率,但去除效果不及臭氧.粉末活性炭与臭氧、高锰酸钾等氧化剂联用,应确保一定的水力停留时间间隔,否则会削弱药剂联用效果.
Experimental study on odor countermeasures for conventional processes in water purification plants
In this paper,through pilot test and production tracking and monitoring of the actual water plant,the effective countermeasures of the conventional treatment technology based on pre-treatment+flocculation sedimentation tank+sand filter to the odor substances dominated by 2-MIB were studied.The results show that the removal efficiency of 2-MIB by adding pre-ozone on the basis of conventional treatment is higher than that by adding powdered activated carbon alone or combined with powdered activated carbon,and adding pre-ozone is an effective pretreatment measure.Powdered activated carbon or potassium permanganate have a certain removal rate of 2-MIB,but the removal effect is not as good as ozone.When powdered activated carbon is combined with ozone,potassium permanganate and other oxidants,a certain hydraulic retention time interval should be ensured,otherwise the combined effect of the agent will be weakened.
