浙江某工业区大规模污水处理厂提标扩建设计案例

摘要
浙江某工业区污水处理厂提标扩建总规模50万m3/d,其中提标部分规模30万m3/d,扩建部分规模20万m3/d.项目进水以印染和化工废水为主,占总进水量80%左右,进水中含有较多难降解、可溶性有机物,可生化性较差.出水水质需达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准,处理难度极大.项目为保证出水水质稳定达标,在现状运行经验的基础上,通过中试确定了污水主体处理工艺:提标部分采用生化系统改造—芬顿催化氧化—过滤;扩建部分采用进水调节—混凝沉淀—强化生化处理—芬顿催化氧化—过滤.项目投产运行以来,处理效果良好、出水稳定达标.
Abstract
The sewage treatment plant in an industrial park of Zhejiang province expand to a to-tal capacity of 500 000 m3/d,including a 300 000 m3/d upgrade project and a 200 000 m3/d expan-sion project.The project's inlet water is mainly composed of industrial wastewater from printing and dyeing and chemical industries,accounting for about 80%of the total inlet water volume.The inlet water contains many refractory and soluble organic substances with poor biodegradability.The effluent quality needs to meet the Class A standard of the Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002),which is extremely difficult to achieve.To ensure the stability and compliance of the effluent quality,the project has carefully de-termined the main treatment process for the sewage through pilot tests based on current operational experience:The upgrade project adopts biochemical system transformation-Fenton catalytic oxi-dation-Filtration;the expansion project adopts inlet water regulation-Coagulative precipitation-Enhanced biochemical treatment-Fenton catalytic oxidation-Filtration.Since the project was put into operation,the effluent has been stable and up to standard.
