Example of two-stage fluoride removal,deep-bed filter and catalytic ozone oxidation wastewater treatment project in industrial park
The influent wastewater of a comprehensive industrial park was collected separately from the fluoride wastewater and other comprehensive wastewater. For low concentration fluoride wastewater, the combination of complexation-adsorption-agglomeration and cyclic reflux was used to defluorinate, the secondary defluorination process and the fluorine removal agent were used to reduce the effluent fluoride to less than 1.5 mg/L.After defluorination, the fluorine-containing wastewater was mixed with other comprehensive wastewater and then entered the subsequent treat-ment section. For difficult pollutants such as COD and TN,deep-bed denitrification and catalytic ozone oxidation processes were used for advanced treatment.Through laboratory tests and pilot tests, the feasibility of the process was verified, and the selection of main design parameters was optimized.
