杭州市临平区"污水零直排"建设项目探讨

摘要
污水零直排建设项目是以污水管网建设为重点的排查、设计、施工及运维.为了全面、切实且优质地完成"污水零直排区"创建任务,做到雨污分流到位、面源管控到位、运维管理到位,结合了杭州市临平区"亚运场馆周边小区污水零直排"的工程建设实践,针对小区"污水零直排"类型的工程项目,从合理设计、有序施工、方便运维的角度对建设及运维过程中出现的挫折与挑战进行了梳理,在面对项目前期资料不完善、隔油池池型设计不合理及无法保证远期可持续雨污分流治水成果的困难时,分别提出解决方案.
Abstract
Project of no-direct-discharged sewage focuses on the investigation,design,construc-tion,operation and maintenance of sewage pipe network.Through the analysis of"Project of no-direct-discharged sewage in communities near the Asian Games venues",we can create"the area of no-direct-discharged sewage"more comprehensively,practically and with higher quality,mean-while,we can achieve the purpose of rainwater and sewage diversion,non-point pollution control and efficient operation and maintenance.In this paper,we comb setbacks and challenges of the pro-ject from the point of design,construction,operation and maintenance.And we proposed several solutions to solve problems of less previous data,unsuitable oil separator,and unsustainable project achievements,for peer discussion.
