铁路客站消防喷淋喷头与通透性吊顶相结合布置探讨

铁路客站通透性吊顶场所的消防喷淋喷头布置既应符合《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》(GB 50084-2017)要求,又应响应《铁路旅客车站细部设计》提出的"保证吊顶的整洁和美观"要求.利用消防喷水灭火系统水力计算作用面积作为计算单元,推导出铁路客站各种型式通透性吊顶场所的通透率计算公式;通过4种喷头隐藏安装方式的技术经济对比分析,总结出通透性吊顶场所适宜于采用下垂型喷头在吊顶缝隙或网眼处隐藏安装以及在喷头上方安装挡水板的方式,并以通透性板条吊顶场所为例,提出下喷喷头的具体安装图式.铁路客站公共区的消防喷水灭火系统设计,应根据不同的吊顶构造型式,计算吊顶通透率后,明确喷头的具体安装方式,确保喷头及时动作开放和洒水有效覆盖起火面积;同时,应校核喷水灭火系统设计流量、平均喷水强度和消防喷水灭火系统储水量,保证整个消防喷水灭火系统的安全合规.
Discussion on the combination layout of sprinklers and permeability ceiling in passenger railway station
The layout of sprinklers in the permeability ceiling place of the passenger railway station should not only meet the requirements of the Code for design of sprinkler systems(GB 50084-2017),but also respond to the requirements of ensuring the cleanliness and beauty of the ceiling proposed by Detail design of passenger railway station.This paper uses the hydraulic cal-culation area of sprinkler system as the calculation unit,derive the calculation formula of the per-meability rate of various types of the permeability ceiling in the passenger railway station.Then through the technical and economic comparative analysis the hidden installation of four kinds of sprinkler,come to the conclusion that the permeability ceiling place is suitable for using the pend-ant sprinkler to hidden install in the ceiling gap or mesh,and install the manger above the sprin-kler,and take the permeability slat ceiling place as an example,provide the specific installation pattern of sprinklers below the ceiling.The final emphasis,that sprinkler systems design of the passenger railway station public area,should be according to the different ceiling type,calculate the ceiling permeability rate,determine the specific installation of the sprinkler,to ensure that both conform to the ceiling clean and beautiful view requirements.At the same time,should check design flow and average spray intensity andmoisture storage capacity of that sprinkler systems,en-sure the safety and compliance of the entire sprinkler system.
