山地城市长距离大口径输水管道适应性评价及工程应用

优选管材对长距离输水管道的安全性和经济性具有重要的意义.以西南某长距离大口径输水管道工程为例,采用层次分析法与熵权法,将定性指标与定量指标相结合,提出输水管适应性评价方法,综合考虑管道经济性、安全性、施工适应性等全要素,构建管材评价模型,利用适应性评价方法综合分析预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP管)、钢管、球墨铸铁管、玻璃钢复合管性能特点,结果表明,PCCP管、钢管、球墨铸铁管和玻璃钢复合管的综合分值分别为0.357、0.228、0.218、0.197,PCCP管得分最高,综合适用性最强,推荐作为本工程使用的主管材.
Adaptability evaluation and engineering application of long-distance large-diameter water conveyance pipeline in mountainous city
The selection of pipes is of great significance to the safety and economy of long-dis-tance water pipelines.Taking a long distance and large diameter water pipeline project in southwest China as an example,AHP and entropy weight method were used to combine qualitative and quan-titative indicators to put forward the adaptability evaluation method of water pipeline,and the pipe evaluation model was constructed by comprehensively considering all factors such as pipeline econo-my,safety and construction adaptability.The performance characteristics of prestressed concrete tube(PCCP),steel pipe,ductile iron pipe and RPMP composite pipe were comprehensively ana-lyzed by adaptability evaluation method.The results showed that the composite scores of PCCP pipe,steel pipe,ductile iron pipe and RPMP composite pipe were 0.357,0.228,0.218 and 0.197,respectively,and the scores of PCCP pipe were the highest.The comprehensive applicability is the strongest,recommended as the main material used in this project.
