机械制螺旋缠绕修复技术修复沿河截污干管实践

重庆市綦江区某河畔湿地公园截污干管长度481 m,材质为双壁波纹管,污水外渗情况严重,采用机械制螺旋缠绕技术修复.结果表明:该技术能克服工程车辆难以靠近、施工条件恶劣的困难,通过计算和选型,选用126-20(S5)带状型材,加衬0.7 mm厚度不锈钢钢带,实测短期刚度系数为2.07×106 MPa·mm3,满足设计要求;环隙注浆水泥用量108 t,成功修复了该段管道.
Practical application of mechanical spiral winding rehabilitation technology in repairing riverside intercepting sewage main pipes
In a riverside wetland park in Qijiang district,Chongqing,a 481 meter long main sewage interceptor experienced severe leakage that made of double-wall corrugated pipe.The me-chanical spiral winding rehabilitation technology was employed for rehabilitation.Results showed that this technology could overcome difficulties such as limited access for construction vehicles and harsh working conditions.Through calculations and products selection,the 126-20(S5)strip ma-terial,reinforced with a 0.7 mm thickness stainless steel strip,was utilized.The measured short-term stiffness coefficient was 2.07×106 MPa·mm3,meeting the design requirements.A total of 108 tons of grouting cement was successfully used to fill the gap between the liner and raw pipe-line.
