国内外水处理滤料性能指标限值对比研究

水处理滤料是滤池的关键材料,其性能指标限值直接关系到滤料生产质量和滤池运行效果.我国关于滤料的现行行业标准《水处理用滤料》(CJ/T 43-2005)于2005年参照美国标准(AN-SI/AWWA B100-2001)修订,实施近20年间国内经济社会发展状况和国外标准均有变化,因而需要对标准进行适当地修订.对比研究美国、日本和欧洲现行标准关于滤料指标限值的基础上,结合我国滤料生产和运行情况,建议行业标准在修订时补充石英砂、无烟煤等滤料有效粒径的值以及均匀系数或不均匀系数最小和最大限值的要求,特别建议均匀系数最小限值不小于1.4,并按滤料结构层细化超出粒径范围百分含量的限值,将破碎率与磨损率之和的限值由2%调整到3%.
Comparative study on performance index limits of water treatment filter material at home and abroad
The filter material used for water treatment is the key material of the filter,and its performance index limit directly affects the production quality of the filter material and the opera-tion effect of the filter.The current professional standard for filter media in China,Filter material for water treatment(CJ/T 43-2005),was revised in 2005 based on the American standard(AN-SI/AWW A B100-2001).In the past 20 years of implementation,the domestic economic and so-cial development status and foreign standards have changed,so it is necessary to revise the standard appropriately.Based on a comparative study of the current standards in the United States,Japan,and Europe regarding the limit values of filter media indicators,combined with the production and operation of filter media in China,it is recommended to supplement the requirements for the effec-tive size of filter media such as silica sand and anthracite,as well as the minimum and maximum limits of uniformity coefficient when revising industry standards.It is particularly recommended that the minimum limit value of uniformity coefficient should not be less than 1.4.The limit value of the mass fraction of oversize and undersize particles should be refined according to the structure layer of the filter material.The limit value of the sum of breaking rate and wear rate should be ad-justed from 2%to 3%.
