厦门市农村生活污水全链条治理模式研究

摘要
农村生活污水治理是农村人居生活环境提升的重要途经和有效手段,厦门市近年来大力推进农村生活污水治理提升工作,取得了阶段性的成效.在剖析农污治理难点的基础上,从顶层设计、建设实施和长效运维等三方面系统性介绍了厦门市的治理模式,总结了若干可复制推广的实践经验,相关研究成果可为国内其他城市进一步探索农村生活污水治理提升提供思路与案例.
Abstract
The treatment of rural domestic sewage is an important way and effective means to improve the living environment in rural areas.In recent years,Xiamen has vigorously promoted the improvement of rural domestic sewage treatment and achieved phased results.On the basis of analyzing the difficulties in the rural domestic sewage treatment,this article systematically intro-duces the treatment model of Xiamen city from three aspects:top-level design,construction imple-mentation,and long-term maintenance.Several replicable and promotable practical experiences are summarized,and the relevant research results can provide ideas and cases for further exploring the improvement of rural domestic wastewater in other cities in China.
