气浮工艺在给水厂尾水回用中的应用

摘要
给水厂在提供安全优质的生产用水、生活饮用水的生产过程中,会产生一定量的尾水,造成了水资源的浪费,回收利用这部分尾水具有重要的价值和意义.探索了以沉淀池排泥水和砂滤池反冲洗水为主的给水厂尾水,经调节浓缩,上清液经气浮工艺处理,浑浊度去除率为90%,高锰酸盐指数去除率为43%,SS<5 mg/L,直接运行费用为0.076元/m3.给水厂尾水经气浮处理后回用至砂滤池,降低了水厂自用水率,为节能降耗和实现尾水零排放提供了有效途径.
Abstract
In the process of providing safe and high-quality production water and domestic drinking water,a certain amount of tail water will be produced in the waterworks,resulting in the waste of water resources,so recycling this part of tail water has important value and significance.In this paper,the tail water of the waterworks mainly consists of sludge discharge water of the sed-imentation tank and backwash water of the sand filter.After adjustment and concentration,the su-pernatant is treated by the air flotation process,the turbidity removal rate is 90%,the permanga-nate index removal rate is 43%,the SS is<5 mg/L,and the direct operating cost is 0.076 CNY/m3.After air flotation treatment,the tail water of the waterworks is recycled to the sand filter,which reduces the self-use water rate of the waterworks and provides an effective way to save ener-gy and reduce consumption and realize zero discharge of the tail water.
