西安某净水厂混凝—沉淀叠合清水池由机械混合井、折板絮凝池、平流沉淀池、斜管沉淀池、清水池合建组成.在受到厂区占地限制的情况下,通过叠合布置机械混合井、折板絮凝池、平流沉淀段十斜管沉淀池、清水池节约了水厂占地;并在设计过程中,通过简化絮凝池折板安装工序、优化行车式吸泥机及沉淀池冲洗排水系统、实现清水池近远期溢流堰的调节功能等方法,解决了絮凝池折板安装工序复杂、沉淀池两端排泥不彻底、沉淀池冲洗排水极易排掉池内的循环污泥、近远期不同水量导致清水池容积浪费等问题.保证了工艺处理效果、降低了施工难度、简化了操作管理流程,提高了工程效益.
Design and optimization of coagulation-sedimentation stacked clear water tank in a water treatment plant in Xi'an city
The coagulation-sedimentation stacked clear water tank in a water treatment plant in Xi'an city is composed of a mechanical mixing well,a folded plate flocculation tank,a horizontal flow sedimentation tank,an inclined tube sedimentation tank,and a clear water tank.Under the condition of limited plant area,the mechanical mixing well,folded plate flocculation tank,horizon-tal flow sedimentation section+inclined tube sedimentation tank,and clear water tank are stacked to save the plant area.During the design process,the complex installation process of the folded plate in the flocculation tank is simplified,the traveling mud suction machine and the flushing and drainage system of the sedimentation tank are optimized,and the adjustment function of the long-term and short-term overflow weir of the clear water tank is realized.These methods solve the problems of complex installation process of folded plate in flocculation tank,incomplete mud dis-charge at both ends of sedimentation tank,easy flushing and drainage of circulating sludge in sedi-mentation tank,and waste of clear water tank volume caused by different water volumes in the long and short term.It ensures the process treatment effect,reduces construction difficulty,sim-plifies operation management process,and improves project efficiency.
