高集约化高排放标准工业污水处理厂工程案例

成都某工业污水处理厂设计规模8万m3/d,进水以电子信息类工业废水为主,服务企业数量较多,具有水质水量波动大、难生物降解有机物比例高的特点.污水处理工艺采用水解酸化—改良AAO-高效沉淀池—臭氧接触池—活性焦吸附池—Ⅴ型滤池工艺,出水主要指标按《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)中Ⅲ类水标准执行.具有低碳化、集约化、生态化、精细化的特点.主线工艺流程仅设一座提升泵房,节省运行能耗.构筑物采用高度集约化布置方式,建设用地面积仅为生活污水处理厂国家建设标准的44%.
Design example of industrial wastewater treatment under super-intensive layout and high-discharge standard
The designed scale of a Chengdu industrial wastewater treatment plant is 8.0×104 m3/d.The influent is mainly composed of electronic information industrial wastewater,which is refractory for biodegradation and performs high fluctuations in water quality and quantity because of giving service to a quantity of factories.Hydrolysis acidification-Improved AAO-Efficient sedimentation tank-ozone process-Activated coke adsorption tank-V-shaped filter process is currently used as the key technique for the wastewater treatment.The main indicators of the efflu-ent are to stably meet the requirement of the Class Ⅲ water standard specified in Environmental quality standards for surface water(GB 3838-2002).This project has the characteristics of low carbonization,intensive layout,ecologicalization and precise design.Only one lifting pump room is set up in the plant,saving operating energy consumption.Intensive arrangement is used for the layout of water purification structures,fully economizing the use of land,which is only 44%of the national construction standard for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
