Design example of industrial wastewater treatment under super-intensive layout and high-discharge standard
The designed scale of a Chengdu industrial wastewater treatment plant is 8.0×104 m3/d.The influent is mainly composed of electronic information industrial wastewater,which is refractory for biodegradation and performs high fluctuations in water quality and quantity because of giving service to a quantity of factories.Hydrolysis acidification-Improved AAO-Efficient sedimentation tank-ozone process-Activated coke adsorption tank-V-shaped filter process is currently used as the key technique for the wastewater treatment.The main indicators of the efflu-ent are to stably meet the requirement of the Class Ⅲ water standard specified in Environmental quality standards for surface water(GB 3838-2002).This project has the characteristics of low carbonization,intensive layout,ecologicalization and precise design.Only one lifting pump room is set up in the plant,saving operating energy consumption.Intensive arrangement is used for the layout of water purification structures,fully economizing the use of land,which is only 44％of the national construction standard for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
