含氟废水改造工程实例

为承接园区内光伏企业(年产能5GW)排放的含氟废水,某工业废水处理厂进行工艺线路改造,总投资6 561.02万元,在原处理工艺:均质—水解酸化—AO生化—MBR—砂滤的基础上,新增两级除氟工艺,新增板框脱水系统.改造工程完成后,经过4个月的调试运行,最终出水氟离子降到3 mg/L以下,其余排放指标仍执行该厂原有的《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的一级B标准,处理运营成本大约7.85元/m3.
Examples of fluorine-containing wastewater renovation projects
In order to undertake the fluorine-containing wastewater discharged by photovoltaic enterprises(annual capacity of 5GW)in the park,an industrial wastewater treatment plant was transformed into a process line with a total investment of 65 610 200 yuan.On the basis of the o-riginal treatment process:homogenization-hydrolytic acidification-AO biochemical-MBR-sand filtration,a two-stage defluorination process was added and a new plate and frame dehydration system was added.After the completion of the renovation project,after 4 months of commissio-ning and operation,the final effluent fluoride ion fell below 3 mg/L,and the remaining discharge indicators were still implemented in the original Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002)of the plant's Grade B standard,and the treatment operation cost was about 7.85 vuan/m3.
