高密度沉淀池在火电厂原水预处理中的应用

摘要
湖北某新建火电厂水源采用江河水,原水预处理系统采用高密度沉淀池处理工艺,在调试初期遇到了达不到设计出力、跑矾花,以及产水水质差、易翻池等问题,严重影响原水预处理系统按时投产.现场采取局部改造,以及调整试验等措施后,顺利完成工程调试,达到了设计指标.
Abstract
The water source of a newly-built thermal power plant in Hubei province adopts riv-er water,and the raw water pretreatment system adopts high-density sedimentation tank treatment technology.In the initial stage of commissioning,some problems were encountered,such as una-ble to reach the designed output,running alum flowers,poor water quality,easy to turn over the pool and so on.The above problems seriously affected the commissioning time of the raw water pretreatment system.After taking measures such as partial transformation and adjustment test,the commissioning of the system was completed successfully,and the design index was reached.
