PACT+芬顿氧化工艺在苏南印染废水处理中的应用实例

针对苏南某医用敷料公司印染废水有机物浓度高、难降解等特点,设计采用物化和生化相结合的处理工艺,并对末端三沉池出水采用Fenton高级氧化处理工艺进行深度处理,处理规模为8000 m3/d,介绍了废水处理工艺流程、主要设计参数及处理效果.出水水质稳定达到并优于《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB 32/1072-2018)和《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012).该工艺具有出水稳定,对水质变化适应性强,运行成本低,且对环境友好等特点.
Application of PACT+Fenton oxidation process in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater in Southern Jiangsu province
In view of the high organic concentration and difficult degradation nature of the printing and dyeing wastewater from a medical dressing company in southern Jiangsu.A treatment process combining physicochemical and biochemical methods was employed,and the effluent from the terminal triple sedimentation tank was further treated by Fenton advanced oxidation process.The treatment capacity is 8 000 m3/d.The wastewater treatment process,main design parameters and treatment outcomes were introduced.The effluent water quality consistently meets or exceeds the standards outlined in Water pollutants discharge limits for urban sewage treatment plants and key industries in taihu lake region(DB 32/1072-2018)as well as Water pollutants discharge standard for textile dyeing and finishing industry(GB 4287-2012).This process demonstrates stable effluent water quality,robust adaptability to water quality changes,low operational cost and environmental friendliness.
