基于数字孪生的综合管廊维养平台研究

摘要
针对综合管廊运维管理数字化和智能化方面的不足,面向综合管廊全寿命周期维养需求,全面整合、分析综合管廊运维信息并构建数字孪生模型进行可视化表达.基于BIM+GIS等技术,提出了综合管廊全寿命周期维养数据与虚拟数字模型映射框架,构建了基于多源异构数据的数字孪生模型,设计了综合管廊维养平台总体架构、业务架构、应用架构及技术架构.实践证明,提出的基于多源异构数据的数字孪生模型和综合管廊维养平台架构为黄孝河综合管廊智能运维和维养平台研发提供技术支撑,为高效运维综合管廊创建数字化窗口,可为其他同类型项目维养平台研究提供参考.
Abstract
Aiming at the deficiencies in the digitization and intelligence of utility tunnel opera-tion and maintenance management,and facing the maintenance requirements of the whole life cycle of the utility tunnel,this paper comprehensively integrates and analyzes the operation and mainte-nance information of the utility tunnel,and constructs a digital twin model for visual expression.Based on BIM+GIS and other technologies,this paper proposes a mapping framework between the maintenance data of the whole life cycle of the utility tunnel and the virtual digital model,con-structs a digital twin model based on multi-source heterogeneous data,and designs the overall ar-chitecture,business architecture,application architecture and technical architecture of the utility tunnel maintenance platform.Practice has proved that the digital twin model based on multi-source heterogeneous data and the architecture of the utility tunnel maintenance platform proposed in this study provide technical support for the research and development of the intelligent operation,main-tenance and repair platform of the Huangxiaohe Utility Tunnel,create a digital window for efficient operation and maintenance of the utility tunnel,and can provide reference for the research of main-tenance platforms of other similar projects.
