06Cr23Ni13不锈钢的热压缩本构方程及热加工图

利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机研究了 06Cr23Ni13不锈钢在变形温度为850~1250 ℃及应变速率为0.01~10 s-1条件下的热变形软化行为.结果表明:当应变速率相同时,随着变形温度的升高,06Cr23Ni13不锈钢的流变应力减小;而当变形温度相同时,流变应力值随着应变速率的增大而增大.根据Arrhenius模型构建并验证了 06Cr23Ni13不锈钢的本构方程.基于动态材料模型理论绘制了 06Cr23Ni13不锈钢在大变形量(ε=0.6)下的热加工图.由06Cr23Ni13不锈钢的热加工图可知在变形温度为1100~1250 ℃、应变速率为0.01~0.05 s-1的高温低应变区域内,能量耗散率η值可高达0.37~0.44,属于易加工区域,是最佳的热加工窗口.
Hot compression constitutive equation and hot processing map of 06Cr23Ni13 stainless steel
Hot deformation softening behavior of 06Cr23Ni13 stainless steel was studied using a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation testing machine at deformation temperatures of 850-1250 ℃ and strain rates of 0.01-10 s-1.The results show that when the strain rate is the same,the flow stress of the 06Cr23Ni13 stainless steel decreases with the increase of deformation temperature.When the deformation temperature is the same,the flow stress increases with the increase of strain rate.The constitutive equation of the 06Cr23Ni13 stainless steel is constructed and validated based on the Arrhenius model.Based on the dynamic material model theory,the hot processing map of the 06Cr23Ni13 stainless steel under large deformation(ε=0.6)is drawn.According to the hot processing map of the 06Cr23Ni13 stainless steel,the value of the energy dissipation rate η can be as high as 0.37-0.44 in the high temperature and low strain area with deformation temperature of 1100-1250 ℃ and strain rate of 0.01-0.05 s-1,which belongs to the easy processing area and is the best hot deformation area.
