采用内氧化-快速热压烧结方法制备了 Al2O3-Cu/25Cr复合材料,利用Gleeble-1500D型热模拟试验机对其进行热变形试验(变形温度为600~900 ℃,变形速率为0.001~1s-1),绘制了其真应力-真应变曲线,根据双曲正弦模型计算了复合材料的热变形激活能和本构方程,得到了 Al2O3-Cu/25Cr复合材料热变形过程的热加工图.结果表明:Al2O3-Cu/25Cr复合材料的热变形激活能为287.227 kJ/mol,根据热加工图,确定了复合材料最佳的热加工工艺参数为变形温度为800~900℃、变形速率为 0.25~1 s-1.
Hot deformation behavior and hot processing map of Al2O3-Cu/25Cr composite
Al2O3-Cu/25Cr composite was prepared by internal oxidation-rapid hot press sintering method,the thermal deformation test of the composite was carried out using the Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine(with a deformation temperature of 600-900 ℃and a deformation rate of 0.001-1 s-1),and its true stress-strain curve was plotted.The hot deformation activation energy and constitutive equation of the composite were calculated based on the hyperbolic sine model,and the hot processing map of the Al2O3-Cu/25Cr composite during hot deformation was obtained.The results show that the hot deformation activation energy of the Al2O3-Cu/25Cr composite is 287.227 kJ/mol.Based on the hot processing map,the optimal hot processing parameters for the composite are determined to be deformation temperature of 800-900 ℃ and deformation rate of 0.25-1 s-1.
