强度差效应在铝合金变形过程中是一种普遍存在的现象,铝合金因其密度低、力学性能佳、加工性能好、传热性及耐腐蚀性能优良等特点,在船用行业、化工行业、航空航天、金属包装、交通运输等领域广泛使用,因此对这种现象的透彻了解至关重要.首先介绍了铝合金强度差效应的影响因素,然后总结了强度差效应的最新实验和建模,最后介绍了强度差效应最新的研究方法.未来的研究建议着重于更深入地探索强度差效应的微观机制,开发多尺度综合强度差效应模型以满足更广泛的应用要求,以及量化强度差效应.
A review on influence factors and constitutive modeling of strength differential effect in aluminum alloys
The strength differential effect is a common phenomenon in the deformation process of aluminum alloys.Due to their low density,good mechanical properties,good processing performance,excellent heat transfer and corrosion resistance,aluminum alloys are widely used in the marine industry,chemical industry,aerospace,metal packaging,transportation and other fields.Therefore,a thorough understanding of this phenomenon is crucial.Firstly,the influencing factors of strength differential effect in aluminum alloys were introduced,followed by a summary of the latest experiments and modeling of strength differential effect.Finally,the latest research methods for strength differential effect were introduced.Future research recommendations focus on exploring the microscopic mechanisms of strength differential effects more deeply,developing multi-scale comprehensive strength differential effect models to meet broader application requirements,and quantifying strength differential effects.
