铜铁合金的制备方法及相结构调控研究进展

Cu-Fe合金充分发挥了铜和铁元素的优势,具有良好的强度、导电性和电磁屏蔽性能,广泛应用于电力、电子通讯、建筑和海洋船舶等领域.然而,Cu-Fe合金在熔炼时存在的亚稳液相分离问题,阻碍了其大规模应用.面对日益增长的对高强高导兼具电磁屏蔽性能合金的应用需求,必须对合金的制备方法、成分筛选和加工工艺进行更深入地研究.本文从Cu-Fe合金的制备方法、合金化元素对合金相结构的调控以及加工工艺对合金性能的影响等方面入手,对目前Cu-Fe合金的发展现状进行了总结.最后分析了目前Cu-Fe合金发展存在的挑战,并展望了其未来的研究方向.
Research progress of preparation methods and phase structure control of Cu-Fe alloys
Cu-Fe alloys fully utilize the advantages of Cu and Fe elements,with good strength,conductivity,and electromagnetic shielding performance,and are widely used in fields such as power,electronic communication,construction and marine vessels.However,the problem of metastable liquid phase separation during melting of Cu-Fe alloys hinders its large-scale application.In the face of the increasing application demand for high-strength and high-conductivity alloys with electromagnetic shielding properties,it is necessary to conduct more in-depth research on the preparation methods,composition screening,and processing technology of the alloys.This article starts with the preparation methods of Cu-Fe alloys,the regulation of alloying elements on the alloy phase structure,and the influence of processing technology on the alloy properties,and summarizes the current development status of Cu-Fe alloys.Finally,the challenges in the development of Cu-Fe alloys are analyzed,and future research directions are prospected.
