羰基铁与石墨涂敷型涤纶基吸波材料的制备与性能分析

本文以聚氨酯为胶黏剂,以羰基铁和导电石墨为吸波剂,普通涤纶布为基材,添加DMF助剂制备吸波涂层.通过改变吸波剂的质量百分比及涂层结构,制备复合吸波涂层材料.结果表明,双层复合涂层吸波材料的最大损耗值和吸收频宽均较单层吸波涂层有明显改善,双层复合吸波材料的能量衰减值达-13dB.对于双层复合吸波涂层而言,当羰基铁涂层处在底层时,材料的最大损耗值和吸收频宽均较石墨涂层处于底层时的要大.
Preparation and properties analysis of carbonyl iron-graphite coated polyester absorbing materials
This paper,polyurethane was used as adhesive,carbonyl iron and conductive graphite were used as absorbing agent,ordinary polyester cloth was used as substrate,and DMF additive was added to prepare microwave absorbing coating.A series of composite microwave absorbing coatings were prepared by changing themass percentage of the absorbent and the structure of the coating.The experimental results show that the peak value and absorption bandwidth of the double-layer composite coating are better than that of the single-layer coating,and the peak value of the double-layer composite absorbing material can reach-13 dB.For the double-layer composite absorbing coating,The maximum loss value and absorption bandwidth of the material are larger than those of the graphite coating at the bottom of the coating.
