凉感涤纶织物的防紫外线整理工艺及其性能研究

本文以氮化铝、聚酯切片互混均匀后,高温熔融纺丝、织造、前处理,制得凉感涤纶面料,并采用正交试验对UV-338防紫外线整理剂的整理工艺进行优选.经过防紫外线整理的凉感涤纶面料,导热性能、耐水洗性、强力几乎没有影响,织物透气性略有下降.
Study on anti-ultraviolet finishing process and properties of cool polyester fabric
In this paper,the cool polyester fabric was prepared by high-temperature melt spinning,weaving and pre-treatment after aluminum nitride and polyester chips were mixed evenly.And the orthogonal experimental method was used to optimize the finishing process of UV-338 anti-ultraviolet finishing agent.The thermal conductivity,washable resistance and strength of the cool polyester fabric after anti-ultraviolet finishing have almost no effect,but the permeability of the fabric is slightly reduced.
