一种蓄冷式飞机地面空调车的设计及实验研究

为了减少机场终端碳排放,机场将逐步减少柴油发电供冷设备的使用.设计了一种供风温度15 ℃,供风风量2 750 m3/h,供风压力45 kPa的蓄冷式飞机地面空调车并进行实验.系统采用6 ℃相变蓄冷材料,设计制冷负荷为45 kW,蓄冷量为18.3 kW·h,能够满足80 kW的供冷需求.实验结果表明,蓄冷式飞机地面空调车短时间内最大供冷负荷达105 kW,满足飞机机载电子设备的用冷需求.蓄冷式飞机地面空调车在供冷间歇时段将冷量储存在相变蓄冷模块中,在供冷时段释冷,使机场供冷时段的部分冷负荷均摊到间歇时段,降低机场整体供冷时段的电负荷,有效减少机场电路铺设和配电改造的成本.
Design and experimental study of a cold storage type aircraft ground air conditioning vehicle
In order to reduce terminal carbon emissions,airports will gradually reduce the use of diesel power generation and cooling equipment.Design a cold storage aircraft ground air conditioning vehicle with an air supply temperature of 15 ℃,an air supply volume of 2 750 m3/h,and an air supply pres-sure of 45 kPa,and conduct experiments.The system uses 6 ℃ phase change cold storage materials,with a designed refrigeration load of 45 kW and a cold storage capacity of 18.3 kW·h,which can meet the cooling demand of 80 kW.The experimental results show that the maximum cooling load of the cold storage aircraft ground air conditioning vehicle in a short period of time reaches 105 kW,meeting the cooling needs of the aircraft's onboard electronic equipments.The cold storage type air-craft ground air conditioning vehicle stores the cooling capacity in the phase change cold storage mod-ule during the intermittent cooling period,releases the cooling during the cooling period,evenly dis-tributes some of the cooling load during the airport cooling period to the intermittent period,reduces the overall electrical load during the airport cooling period,and effectively reduces the cost of airport circuit laying and distribution transformation.
