Objective:Based on the hospital Big data integration platform,research and improve the construction of enterprise mas-ter patient index,and solve the problem of data interconnection in the hospital.Methods:According to the characteristics of pediatric patients,especially newborns,we analyzed the data standards and core algorithms,studied the merging mechanism,optimized the algo-rithms,and established the patient master Indexing Service.Results:Taking the Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as an example,the intelligent matching of multiple card numbers of the same patient was realized,and the global patient identifier of the patient was established.Since the EMPI system was launched,more than 903 000 pieces of data have been consolidated,and the appli-cation effect is good.Conclusion:The improvement and application effect of the patient master index system is good,which provides a supporting foundation for the establishment of the Big data platform and regional sharing of electronic health records.
