Research on the Accessibility of the Radiation Area of Internet Hospitals and the Promo-tion Path
Objective:To study the accessibility of regional medical radiation in Internet hospitals and the path of medical radiation improvement.Methods:The patients in a certain Internet hospital in 2022 were selected as the research object,and the overall sam-pling method was adopted to analyze the proportion of the living area of patients in Internet hospitals and the area associated with the applicant's mobile phone number in the national region,and to study the accessibility of medical radiation in hospitals.Results:In 2022,there were significant differences in the distribution and proportion of regional visits of patients between East China and other re-gions.The number of patients in East China accounted for 99.04％,and the number of patients outside East China accounted for only 0.96％.Conclusion:The Internet medical radiation accessibility area shows a trend of weakening radiation,which is stronger in East China and weaker outside East China.The flow of people caused by regional economic development has a strengthening effect on the accessibility of medical radiation.Orderly opening cross-hospital follow-up visits,promoting cooperation and co-construction,and boosting the transformation of consultation and treatment are optional paths to enhance the accessibility of medical radiation.
