Application and Analysis of Prevention of Nosocomial Infection in NICU Children Based on Risk Management Scheme
Objective:To explore the application value of risk management scheme to prevent nosocomial infection in neonatal inten-sive care unit(NICU).Methods:A total of 134 children admitted to NICU from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as subjects.A to-tal of 67 children enrolled from June to December 2022 were selected as control group, and 67 children enrolled from January to June 2023 were selected as observation group. The control group adopted conventional management, and the observation group adopted risk management. The incidence of nosocomial infection, hygiene qualification rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of NICU nosocomial infection in control group was 10.45%(7/67),higher than that in observation group(1.49%(1/67)(P<0.05).The pass rate of air quality, ward hygiene and hand hygiene of medical staff in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of disinfection of milk room facilities, bath room facilities, diagnosis and treatment equipment and monitoring instruments was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization and antibiotic application in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of management in the observation group was 97.01%,higher than that in the control group(82.09%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk management scheme used in NICU can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection, improve the qualified rate of disinfection of sanitary and medical articles and the sat-isfaction of children's families, and shorten the hospital stay of children.
