Application of Adaptive Nursing Based on One Point Two Sources in Patients with Isch-emic Stroke
Objective:To explore the application of adaptive nursing based on one point two sources in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods:55 patients admitted from May 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the control group,and 55 patients admitted from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received adaptive nursing based on one point two sources.The psychological resilience,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of mental resilience scale(CD-RISC)in the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of the self-care Ability Scale(ESCA)of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of dai-ly activity ability,daily mental activity and mental health were increased,and the scores of physical pain and complications were de-creased,and the change range of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Adaptive nursing based on one point and two sources can enhance the psychological resilience of patients with IS,improve their self-care ability and im-prove the quality of life of patients.
