Research on the Application Effect of TSFC Four Step Training+glo Germ Marker Evalua-tion Mod
Objective:Exploring the application effect of the new model of TSFC four step training combined with GLO GERM marker evaluation in tertiary hospitals.Method:From February 1 to August 31,2023,the experimental group's ward medical staff and workers participated in TSFC four step training,while the control group's ward medical staff and workers participated in routine train-ing.The GLO GERM labeling method was used to assess various operations.Result:The comparison of the results of wearing and tak-ing off protective equipment assessment showed that the total score and 9 indicator scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,while the exposure points and exposure rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.005).In the assessment of bed unit disinfection and cleaning,the total score of hard work and six indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the clearance points and clearance rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.005).There are significant differenc-es in the training effectiveness of personnel with different genders,age,professions,and professional titles.Conclusion:The TSFC four step training combined with the GLO GERM marker evaluation model is more targeted and practical,it has achieved significant appli-cation results.
