Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Outpatient Guide Resources in Medi-cal Institutions in Different Regions with Different Medical Resources Distribution in Zheji-ang Province and Its Influencing Factors
Objective:Analyze the influencing factors of outpatient guide resources in medical institutions in different regions with different medical resource distributions in Zhejiang Province,and provide feasible suggestions for improving the allocation of outpatient guide resources in medical institutions in different regions with different medical resource distributions in Zhejiang Province.Methods:A general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the outpatient guide evaluation tool HLE2-Navigation were used to in-vestigate outpatients in medical institutions.Statistical description and univariate analysis were conducted on the data,and multiple lin-ear regression analysis was used to explore the main factors affecting the construction of the outpatient guide environment in medical in-stitutions.Results:The average HLE2-Navigation score of 492 outpatients in 12 medical institutions was(93.06±19.49)points.The level of medical institution,allocation of medical resources,gender,monthly income,referral status,and self-perceived level of Manda-rin were the main factors affecting outpatients'evaluation of the medical institution's outpatient guide environment(P＜0.05).Outpa-tients in areas with sufficient allocation of medical resources,good referral status,and good self-perceived level of Mandarin had high-er evaluation of the medical institution's outpatient guide environment.Conclusion:The construction of the outpatient guide environ-ment in medical institutions in Zhejiang Province needs to be improved,and there are differences in the allocation of outpatient guide resources in medical institutions in different regions.Medical institutions and hospitals should formulate relevant countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the outpatient guide environment.
