Application of continuous nursing combined with breathing exercise in home rehabilitation of discharged lung cancer patients
Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of continuous nursing combined with respiratory exercise on respiratory function,self-efficacy and sleep disorders in discharged lung cancer patients. Methods:A total of 72 patients with lung cancer admit-ted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group(routine continuous care was implemented after discharge)and continuous group(continuous care and breathing exercise guidance were given on the basis of the control group),with 36 patients in each group.Patients in both groups con-tinued to be treated for 1 month, and the respiratory function,self-efficacy,quality of life, emotional state, sleep quality, compliance with rehabilitation training and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results:After in-tervention,the respiratory function of continuous group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-efficacy of continuous group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the emotional state SDS and SAS of continuous group were lower than that of con-trol group, and the quality of life QLQ-C30 was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the sleep quality scores of continuous groups were lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of rehabilitation training in continuous group was 97.22%higher than that of control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the continuous group was 94.44%higher than that of the control group 77.78%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nurs-ing and respiratory training can improve the respiratory function and quality of life of discharged patients with lung cancer, enhance pa-tients'self-efficacy,reduce patients'negative emotions and sleep disorders, and enhance patients'nursing satisfaction.
