The Scale of Perioperative Vascular Crisis Risk Assessment in Patients with Severed Fin-ger Replantation was Constructed Based on Delphi Method
Objective:To construct a perioperative vascular crisis risk assessment scale for patients with severed finger replantation,so as to provide reference for reducing or avoiding the occurrence of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative vascular crises. Methods:Through literature review,semi-structured interview and clinical data analysis, the initial scale of perioperative vascular cri-sis risk assessment in patients with severed finger replantation was formed, and 30 experts in related fields were consulted by Delphi method for 2 rounds. Results:The positive coefficients were 100.00%and 93.33%,the authority coefficients were 0.92 and 0.93,and the coordination degree of experts were 0.41 and 0.41(all P<0.001).Finally,the perioperative vascular crisis risk assessment scale of patients with severed finger regrafting was formed, which included 3 dimensions before, during and after operation and 20 items.Con-clusion:The perioperative vascular crisis risk assessment scale is scientific, simple and practical, and can be used as a reference tool for perioperative vascular crisis risk assessment in patients with severed finger replantation.
