Research on the Efficiency Improvement Mechanism of In-hospital Consultation under the Background of Refined Operation Management Residents
Objective:To explore the results of consultation after the implementation of refined operation management in a certain provincial grade A tertiary hospital,so as to provide a scientific basis for further improving the consultation system.Methods:The con-sultation data of the hospital from 2019 to 2022 were collected through the hospital's HIS system,and retrospective methods were used to analyze the current situation of consultation and the improvement of efficiency after strengthening consultation management.Re-sults:From 2019 to 2022,the average annual duration of in-hospital consultation was 50.03 h,48.26 h,24.67 h and 15.76 h,showing a significant downward trend(P<0.001).The timely completion rate of general consultation increased significantly from 42.32%in 2019 to 95.74%in 2022(P<0.001).Conclusion:After the hospital adopted refined management of in-hospital consultation,the effi-ciency of consultation has been significantly improved,and it has played an important role in improving the quality of medical care.However,there are still some problems,such as the timely rate of emergency consultation is not satisfactory,and some consultation ap-plications are unreasonable.Hospital managers need to continue to implement targeted control measures in future medical manage-ment,so as to comprehensively improve the whole hospital.Efficiency and quality of consultation in each department.
