Using intelligent means to improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention and control
Objective:Temperature monitoring is one of the most important and basic means of COVID-19's prevention and con-trol.It is also one of the effective means to monitor and judge the outbreak of hospital infection.In order to optimize the current situa-tion of low manual reporting efficiency,poor timeliness,and difficult to track records accurately,the current temperature monitoring da-ta in hospitals are being analyzed.Methods:Using Internet of things technology and machine learning algorithm,this paper constructs a"hospital wide body temperature monitoring and management platform based on Internet of things and artificial intelligence"by means of face recognition,electronic health code authentication and body temperature intelligent collection.Results:The temperature data of all personnel in the hospital were collected and analyzed in real time,the temperature and heat distribution map and personnel travel trajectory record were constructed based on GIS model,and interconnected with clinical data such as hospital attendance system,Internet of things equipment,chest CT report,blood routine,CRP and nucleic acid test results,so as to realize the real-time manage-ment of temperature data,fever distribution management,entry and exit personnel management,epidemic screening and prediction Epi-demic data and decision support.Conclusion:The intelligent temperature monitoring and management platform provides data support and technical support for hospital epidemic prevention and control.
