Objective:construct a reasonable evaluation system,strengthen the evaluation of the professional ability of party cadres,improve the level of party building in public hospitals.Method:Using literature research method,preliminary construct the evaluation system of party cadres in public hospitals by literature research,Then 12 experts from the secondary and tertiary level hospitals in Pudong New Area were invited to conduct two rounds of consultation and perform statistical analysis.Results:An evaluation system in-cluding 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators was finally determined.Conclusion:it is sig-nificance to establish a reasonable evaluation system for party cadres in public hospitals,which can play the role of a baton,effective re-wards and punishments,and typical leading role.However,it is necessary to properly handle the relationship between different levels,quantitative and qualitative aspects of party cadres.
