摘要
目的:描述2018-2022年法定传染病报告情况,分析流行特征,为医院传染病管理提供依据.方法:选取2018年-2022年某三甲医院传染病数据资料,采用Excel进行统计,计数资料用构成比、定基比和环比等统计描述.结果:2018年-2022年苏州市某综合性三甲医院共计报告法定传染病23种9 575例,其中无甲类传染病报告,乙类传染病7 667例,占80.1%;丙类1 215例,占12.7%;其他类型693例,占7.2%.男性多于女性,21-40岁年龄段人群最多.上报病例整体呈下降趋势,2020年下降幅度最大.传染病病例数居前五位的依次是乙肝(52.08%)、梅毒(14.58%)、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染(6.29%)、水痘(5.98%)以及肺结核(5.14%).结论:乙肝和梅毒是该院传染病防控管理重点,医疗机构应重点加强监测防控.
Abstract
Objective:To describe the situation of statutory infectious diseases reported in 2018-2022,analyse the epidemiological characteristics,and provide a basis for the hospital management of infectious disease.Methods:The data of infectious diseases in acer-tain grade A tertiary hospital from 2018-2022 were selected,and statistics were carried out using Excel,and the count data were statis-tically described by the constituent ratio,fixed-base ratio and ring ratio.Results:A total of 9,575 cases ofin 23 typesof statutory infec-tious diseases were reported in acertain grade A tertiary hospital from 2018-2022,of which no category A infectious diseases were re-ported,7,667 cases of category B infectious diseases,accounting for 80.1%;1,215 cases of category C,accounting for 12.7%;and 693 cases of other types,accounting for 7.2%.There were more males than females,with the 21-40 age group being the most numerous.The reported cases showed an overall downward trend,with the largest decline in 2020.The top five infectious disease cases were hepa-titis B(52.08%),syphilis(14.58%),genital chlamydia trachomatis infection(6.29%),chickenpox(5.98%),and tuberculosis(5.14%).Conclusion:Hepatitis B and syphilis are the main focus of infectious disease prevention,control and management in this hospital,and healthcare facilities should focus on strengthening monitoring and control.
